MEET SAAD SHAH
Saad Shah works with property management executives on how to use data and analytics to uncover value in their portfolios. Many of Saad’s clients cannot take advantage of advanced technologies because they are too busy fighting day-to-day fires. They are too busy with operational issues and aren’t able to invest time and energy in driving long-term value.
It is for these executives that Scale 123 has been designed. Offering reading material and lectures isn’t enough. These executives need a sounding board, someone to hold them accountable, and someone who can share best practices that other successful companies have adopted.
Saad was trained in Total Quality Management in the auto industry in the 1990’s. He has since applied that knowledge successfully in many industries to find the root cause of problems, fix process issues, collect good data, and help companies produce consistently predictable outcomes with software and automation.
Saad has a B.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
