THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF A SCALABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS
These eight building blocks are the foundation for a scalable property management business. The Scale 123 program helps you learn and implement them.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Scale 123 is a “learn by doing” program to achieve significant transformations
There are 4 phases
In Phase 1 (Diagnose), we start off by reviewing the as-is situation and identify strengths, weakness and the gaps to overcome
In Phase 2 (Launch), we create an action plan and get the team trained in key concepts.
In Phase 3 (Implement), key changes start to take shape.
Phase 4 (Calibrate) is all about continuous improvement and making the small changes that improve repeatability.
See the diagram below for more details on what is covered in each phase.

MEET SAAD SHAH
Saad Shah works with property management executives on how to use data and analytics to uncover value in their portfolios. Many of Saad’s clients cannot take advantage of advanced technologies because they are too busy fighting day-to-day fires. They are too busy with operational issues and aren’t able to invest time and energy in driving long-term value.
It is for these executives that Scale 123 has been designed. Offering reading material and lectures isn’t enough. These executives need a sounding board, someone to hold them accountable, and someone who can share best practices that other successful companies have adopted.
Saad was trained in Total Quality Management in the auto industry in the 1990’s. He has since applied that knowledge successfully in many industries to find the root cause of problems, fix process issues, collect good data, and help companies produce consistently predictable outcomes with software and automation.
Saad has a B.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
“As your systems coach I will work alongside you, and make sure you do the high-value work you should be doing and don’t get side-tracked into tasks that could and should be delegated to others”
